ESP OIL at the Second Experts Forum on Unconventional Reservoirs
In March 2025, ESP OIL attended the Second Experts Forum: "Hydrocarbon Production from Unconventional Reservoirs," organized by the College of Petroleum Engineers of Mexico A.C. This event brought together industry leaders to discuss the future of these reservoirs in Mexico. As a consulting firm, we reaffirm our interest in advising PEMEX in its development, bringing our experience and strategic vision.
ESP OIL Expands its Presence in the Permian Basin
In February 2025, executive staff from ESP OIL USA and technical personnel from ESP OIL Mexico visited Midland and Odessa in the state of Texas, USA, to assess the company's future facilities and offices. In November 2024, ESP OIL participated in ADIPEC 2024 Abu Dhabi, one of the most important events in the energy sector. We explored new business opportunities for international expansion, strengthening our presence in key markets, and connecting with industry leaders.
ESP OIL at SPE Permian Basin Conference 2024
In October 2024, ESP OIL participated in the SPE Permian Basin Conference, a key event for the industry where technological advancements and best practices of operators in the region were presented. Unconventional Reservoirs Conference
In October 2024, ESP OIL organized the conference "Beyond Conventional: Exploring the Potential of Unconventional Reservoirs," where Engineer Claudia Molina presented to technicians and executives from operating companies in Mexico the opportunities and potential of these reservoirs for the development of the industry.

In October 2024, ESP OIL Group LLC/USA announced the start of operations in the United States with a new specialized service line focused on the disassembly, inspection, and assembly of downhole directional motors. In March 2023, at ESP OIL, we reaffirmed our commitment to excellence and quality in all our services. We are proud to announce that we successfully passed the recertification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring the highest standards in quality management, environmental management, and occupational safety.
New Headquarters in Mexico
In March 2023, ESP OIL moved its main headquarters in Mexico to a new location. You can now find us on the 12th floor of the Torre Empresarial in Villahermosa, Tabasco— a strategic space that strengthens our presence and operations in the region.
ESP OIL Presents the CIPSAP Project at CMP 2023
At CMP 2023, ESP OIL presented the CIPSAP project (International Center for Testing, Research, Training, and SAP Operation), part of our medium-term business plan. The initiative generated great interest among attendees, who expressed their willingness to join efforts and make this key project for Mexico a reality. August 2003
At the initiative of one of the Directors of the company, ESP OIL built a church in the new cemetery located in the Province of Huancabamba, Department of Piura, Peru, a work completed and inaugurated in 2003 for the entire Huancabamba community. It is important to emphasize that this work was supervised and managed directly by Mr. Antero Ramírez Bobadilla and Mrs. Orfa Chumacero de Ramírez. ESP OIL and the people of Huancabamba are eternally grateful for their selfless collaboration during the supervision of this social work. Now that they are both in the Kingdom of God, they rest in the mausoleum located in front of the Church, a work that they saw grow.
